Probably had a friend or two in high places. There was a fair bit of vengeance-taking after the war but a helluva lot of people slipped between the cracks.

Nobody knew she was a traitor back then. The filmmakers found out during their (8 year) research for the movie. They found out many new things that had been unknown to historians previously.

I asked myself the same question. It seems, as the movie depicts, she simply worked both sides of the street, essentially to survive. That is, she did things to help the Resistance, but also did things to help the Germans. She was Hoffmann's mistress and did sell out Flame, but IRL it wasn't just the money. It seems the Gestapo wanted to jail her too, so she ended up cutting a deal with Hoffman. I'd hazard a guess that she wasn't pursued after the war, because as we see in the film, Flame and Citron weren't exactly the flavours of the month with the Resistance any way.🐭
