This kind of reminded me of "Saw", "Hostel", "Hard Candy" & "I Spit On Your Grave".

Funny enough I saw "Human Centipede" and "Victim" in the same night and I was much more disturbed by "Victim", maybe because I knew nothing about it going in but had pretty much heard all about "Human Centipede" before hand.
