OKay, Beverly Lewis is the writer of The Redemption of Sarah Cain. I was wondering if the movie is going to go by the book? I hope so, cause the book is real good. I keep thinking that it will go by the book some, cause Michael Landon Jr went by the book some on the Love Comes Softly movies.

shareThey changed a lot of the plot..it was pretty disappointing. If they make more movies based on Beverly Lewis books, they had better do it right.
shareActually, if you watch the extra features on the DVD, you will find that Beverly Lewis approved the script. She felt that their changes made for a better movie. This is why, whenever I watch a such a film, I like to consider it to be "inspired by an idea from the book." I am far less disappointed that way. The movie itself was actually good, if you look at it as separate from the book.
