Into the Twilight Zone

Am I the only one who feels like they walked into the Twilight Zone watching this?
Margaret is black, Mrs. Wilson is Nurse Ratchit, and Mr. Wilson has hair.
Totally disorienting to say the least, not to mention the creepy atmosphere.
