does anyone know who was the guy in blue shirt dancing next to William? ctv said it was Guy Pelly, but Guy Pelly looks completely different.

Yeah lmao that guy was SO annoyinnnnng!In a funny way though he would not stop dancing. Yeah, all CTV said was that it was Prince William's friend from St. Andrew's.
