Presenter : Jimmy Carr - Despite the fact that he's on everything, i honestly can't think of a suitable replacement
Team 1 : (returning champions) Noel Fielding and Russell Brand - Anyone who saw last years knows why
Team 2 : Rob Brydon and Stephen Fry - Rob worked well with David Walliams last year and they're over-competitiveness was funny, but as they can't have all the same teams as last year, Stephen Fry would, i believe, work just as well with Brydon, if not better, due to their similar personalities (only thing is this makes them complete odds on favourites as Stephen knows everything about everything)
Team 3 : Jonathan Ross and Frankie Boyle (Mock The Week) - Watchers of BBC2's Mock The Week will know that Frankie Boyle is the funniest Scotsman since Billy Connoly, and Jonathan Ross just has to be there cause he's Jonathan Ross, and as much as Noel and Russell stole the show last year, it still wouldn't be what it was without Jonathan.
I think Simon Amstel (Never mind the Buzzcocks) should present,
Team: 1: Russel Brand and Noel Fielding
Team 2: Jonathan Ross and Ricky Gervais (Apparently very good freinds now, Jonathan should get Ricky on)

Team Three: Johnathan Ross & someone. . . I have no idea who. I suppose someone like Noel Gallagher or Marilyn Manson, while not comedians, would be very good on the show, as they're both incredibly intelligent and wickedly funny.

In terms of getting the best comedy value in my opinion they should get for:
Team 1: Jonathan Ross and Sarah Silverman
Team 2: Rob Brydon and David Mitchell
