paid £1 for this and it was not worth it.do people like it? spoilers

I had not heard much about this film,it had a good cast so I bought it for a pound in a run down Glasgow record shop.

I like the idea of the plot but I don't think it went into the moral and social issues it should have done.

Why can't he get more help to look after his brother and keep his house?

Would a group of security employees really all agree to do a robbery?

What sort of person does that sort of work? BLONDIE did a song called THE HARDEST PART about how tough these sort of guys are? what about professional pride?

Anyway I did not think it was a great film but some people seem to like it so maybe I might like it more if I watched it again?

the story is realistic the are many stories of security employees robbing there company this movie was ok but nothing more

I agree that employees sometimes rob their company but I would thin they usually run away with the money and not hang around to tell a false story, but I might be wrong because I am British and maybe it happens differently in America?

There have been a few cases like this and one actually happened here in the UK.
Cannot for the life of me remember the exact details but was something along the line of...

4 guys being treated like crap by their boss.
Agree to screw him over
After doing some collection they take wrong route back
They get "hijacked" and beaten by another group (friends of the guys)
Rerurn to work having lost £800, 000
After the investigation dies down they all quit over a period of a few months and are each £100, 000 richer
