DVD Commentary

Anyone know who it was doing the commentary for this movie's US DVD release? I didn't recognize the one guy's name and the other wouldn't even give his name. I am trying to figure out how they managed to be the ones commenting on the movie when they admitted in the beginning that they didn't have anything to do with making it.
