Film appearances of Patricia Douglas

The film mentions that the present-day studio that owns the films Patricia Douglas appeared in as a dancer would not allow clips to be used from them. I'm assuming that it's Warner Brothers since they own all the '30s MGM films now. I thought "fair use" allowed documentaries to excerpt any bit of video as long as it didn't exceed 30 seconds in length so I'm surprised they weren't used anyway.

If known, could someone post some of the films she worked on?

EDIT: I just found that she appeared in SO THIS IS AFRICA, and GOLD DIGGERS OF 1933, both 1933 releases. There must be more, though, since those are 4 years before the events at the party.
