Hey, does anyone have the dvd? Or know where I can get a copy?

You can purchase the DVD from Kinosmith Films at http://www.kinosmith.com in Canada. I bought it recently from them. Shipping to my country (UK) was expensive but worth it. Not available anywhere else. Enjoy!
