Just 2 problems with this movie: THE SCRIPT + THE ACTORS

Drunk B-Movie Night at the Kappa Blue House!!!

Dude, right off the bat, they should have mentioned that this was a Brazilian family. They should have spoken Portuguese or whatever language they are most comfortable in!! Listening to them muddle through English was like having a root canal!

So the guy who acted (if I can call it that) also wrote huh? Amazing! Is there any way that he wanted this movie to be good? Talk to a professional, get a consult with a script doctor, there are always ways man!

You couldn't have thought to sell your house in the first place???

I bet they spent a fortune getting Gary Busey and Martin Cove and God knows who else for this movie when they really should have tried getting better unkown actors who would work harder (and better) for much less.

The only time the lead (Andre) wasn't stiff as a corpse was when he was fighting. Don't even get me started on the son, right? We're supposed to believe that the white chick in the picture is his children's mom?!!!?

Seriously, the best acting was the little girl, who is obviously his daughter because she inherited his lisp. If her parents fixed that she could totally be the next Abigail Breslin! There are no good-looking children of color on TV who can act. Maybe it'll be the one good thing that comes out of this movie.
