Voice-over Narration?

I watched the movie for the first time on TV. Apparently throughout the duration of the movie, there is little to no dialogue besides the human characters. The version of the movie I watched had voice-over narration provided by a woman in which she basically describe everything that is happening throughout the movie in detail.

I was wondering if anyone here watched this version of the movie, and if so, who was the woman doing the narration?

I tried looking everywhere for this version of the movie with narration, but couldn't find anything.

Late reply :)

I haven't seen the version you're referring to but it sounds like an audio described version. This is for vision impared or completely blind people in case they want to experience the movie in a better way than just simply hearing the dialogue, music and sound effects.

Awesome, I loved that feature. They've had them since the VHS days I've thought, when I'd accidentally program that setting and thought it was a profound experience. An attenuating voice with your favorite movie.
