Has anyone in the history of the English language ever call anyone else a casserole as an insult? Instead of substituting profanity with stupid words when a movie with foul language plays on TV, I wish they would just use the beep sound.

shareI agree, the substitute words were completely pointless and after 15 minutes I couldn't watch any more. Given that FX shows like "The League" and "It's Always Sunny...." are regularly filled with profanity that stops just short of the F-word, I was not expecting this type of editing from them.
shareCompletely disagree. I thought the use of "casserole" was hilarious and clever. (Shrug) I guess it's down to personal taste.
shareMy wife and I LOVED the bad curse-word replacement used in the broadcast of this movie. "I'm going to die here like some casserole" and "mucka lucka" are instant favorites of ours. Whenever they do things like this it adds a new layer of humor to the movie for us, like "You're a freaking flagpole" in Something About Mary.

My sister and I use a lot of the TV edits from this movie when we talk to each other. We also like "bullstuff" from final destination.
