ROFL, call it a spoiler if you like but, the highlight of this movie is near the end when Baddie guy falls off the building and looking like he's trying to swim, doing Doggy Paddle as he falls, hilarious, a great comical finale to this cheapo B movie.. (but was it intentional, Im not sure, lol)

Yeah, this was a funny scene. I don't think it was intentionally funny (although it's not the kind of movie where they'd make a great effort to make it particularly realistic, either); I think they just did a pretty poor falling effect, having the actor run in place and then tilting the footage ninety degrees...
