This is more than nightmare

I cannot bear watching it after the first 15 minutes.
Starts from a stupid man attacking a woman and easily get caught by the cops, I still cannot figure out what that is all about?
Then the cop got attacked and saw the truth? I cannot see any good to control the mind by sending beautiful scenes via some chip, why the government do that?
Maybe they are selling the kongfu stuff in this picture, which might be the only thing that I will not rate so low(it get's my 2).
Everyone in the scene seems so amature, are they really pros?
It's out my limit to watch the whole scene. Maybe the second half is better.
