Dr. Strange Live-Action Cast - Reality + Fantasy Casts

I thought I'd start this just for fun. If there is a Dr. Strange live movie, who would you cast in the roles? As some added fun, who would you cast if you could use any actor (living or dead)at the perfect age/shape for the role? Here's mine... first name is real, second is fantasy cast:

Dr. Stephen Strange - Hugh Laurie/Vincent Price
The Ancient One - Ken Watanabe/Mako
Clea - Hilary Burton/Audrey Hepburn
Wong - Jet Li/Bruce Lee
Baron Karl Mordo - Jason Scott Lee/Boris Karloff
Dormammu - CGI for both, both voiced by James Earl Jones
Nightmare - David Tennant/Robert Englund

I would also give myself THREE cameo roles in different costumes/make-up: the doctor who tells Strange his hands are ruined, one of the dock workers taking about the Ancient One, and as a cop walking by Doc (in full costume) as he walks the streets of Greenwich Village. I know... I'm crazy! But damn is it fun! I'm interested to see who any of you other folks cast...
