Great anime but... (spoilers)

The last episode was disappointing. I would have liked to have seen Akagi fully crush Washizu. But they seem to have run out of time or something. I don't know if this is how it is in the manga.

"Akagi" is actually a prequel to "Ten", which covers Akagi in his later years. The end of the final episode hints toward "Ten" as it shows an older Akagi, but the Akagi series still has much further to go. Washizu still hasn't shown the true depths of his ability yet.
