I remember going on the directors website and reading something about a squeal to

I can't help you much, but a "trailer" WAS avaliable in this page.

Since that the video is not avaliable anymore, i am going to try my best in describing what was in it: it takes place inside the building where Heiko gets tortured in the beginning and where the final scene takes place.
One of the mafia twins (dressed as a doctor/torturer) is having sex with a zombie (literally, nothing graphic is shown.), then, you see Mike (his face and clothes are all bloody) with a gun and he kills the doctor/torturer and the zombi.
