have the BBC shown all the 40? episodes

I loved this the first time I saw it on BBC 4 and watched what I took to be the first 2 series, but in the shops there seem to be 4 series of about 10 episodes each.
So please tell me someone, have the BBC shown all the episodes? I don't think they have, they started showing BORGEN and THE KILLING and that French thing SPIRAL? but I don't think they showed much more of this?

Due to the HMV sale I have bought the first 2 boxed set (1-13 and 14-20)and will no doubt get the rest at some point but would like it if the BBC showed the rest as well.

Can I answer my own question?
Checking the Wikipedia page it seems that the BBC have shown all 26 episodes of this series,so I only have 6 more dvds to buy but I had better hurry up because HMV are closing all their shops in Scotland.

But they are making 6 more episodes with the daughter as the character so that is something to look forward to?

I must admit I still find the Swedish model attractive, indeed I find the Swedish public prosecutor in this series very attractive.

The BBC have also shown the other Swedish Wallander series, which adapts the other novels aside from BEFORE THE FROST (INNAN FROSTEN.) Those were individually longer productions, however.

BBC4 also ran BORGEN, SPIRAL, and FORBRYDELSEN and I think they also ran BROn, aka THE BRIDGE.

The final series basically picks up a thread from INNAN FROSTEN and the supposedly final Kurt Wallander novel, where Wallander's mind is starting to slip. Henning Mankell originally was planning a trilogy of Linda Wallander novels, but stopped after the first one when actress Johanna Sallstrom, who played Linda in this series, killed herself.
