I might be wrong but has Martinsson ever solved a case ? He seems to be typecast as an incompetent second banana behind Kurt. Heck even Svartman achieves more than this guy.

He's also a presumptuous hot head and not much of a lateral thinker. I suspect Kurt never considered him leadership material.

I have been thinking that since I started binge watching. He is invariably wrong, always going after the easy suspect, drawing the unimagitive conclusions. Why he has been chosen as the leader is beyond me.
