My God, the best bit in my world was when Rich Fulcher spat Noel in the face (when they were dressed up in ponchos and sombreros) and Noel didn't know what to do. I laughed so hard I cried. And that brought on my favourite quote of the entire show, in the scene/skit when Vince sits down with Rudy in the Forest of Doom (and I think it went something like this):
Rudy: Oh, the forest is a bit cheeky today.
Vince: The forest is a *beep*
Again, explosive laughter. The best kind. :)
Actually, a lot of the "mistakes" they made were intentional... You can see it on the documentary on the bonus DVD, where you can see the yeti dropping Vince on the tent at a different show, and Rich Fulcher talking about being nervous before going on stage to spit Noel in the face.
Maybe at some point they were mistakes, but got incorporated in the show when people laughed at it, I read that somewhere on the Boosh board. Still genius, though. They're great at improv.

Yeah, I know. Saw some "behind the scenes"-stuff where someone (don't remember who, could've been Rich or Noel or Michael) said that "everytime Rich spits it feels like the first time", or something along those lines.
It still cracks me up every time, even though it's "scripted", because Noel's reaction is so unbelievably genuine.
Yeah me too. Especially when Mike starts laughing... Looks like he's really not supposed to. And the "the forest's a *beep* tonight"-line is hilarious.
The heckler in the background seems to be shouting the same thing all the time though, does anybody know what he's saying?

Also, when Naboo is dying and he keeps thinking he's going and is like "Yep. No. Yep. No." and then Bollo just gets fed up and does it himself.
Oh, and when Vince says that working with the sombreros is like working with a chimp and then Bollo comes out as if he's offended.
And the whole Pies thing was hilarious, as well with Bollo's rap.
I still have so many more, but this has gotten too long, lol.
