I'm about half an hour into the film and I keep wondering: is anybody going to worry at all about the wellbeing of the bloke in the cab? I mean, it was a head on collision, and since she was hurt, I'm guessing the cab driver can't have eacaped unscathed. Anyway, let's watch the rest and see what happens...

When I saw this at Sundance there were scenes of the cabbie in bansages and bloody in a lot of background shots.

I thought for sure the driver of the other car was going to be the twist to the movie.
