The guy is so embarrassing to watch. He signed up for the WRONG show. He should have signed up for ABC's "Celebrity Impersonater: The Next Best Thing". Everytime he puts on the captain's coat and does the Jack Sparrow thing (very poorly may I add), from the phoney faux British accent to the flighty hand mannerisms, I just start cringing in embarrassment.

What the hell is wrong with this idiot? Is it possible for one single contestant to make an already bad show even worse? Yes my friends, yes it is, and the name is Azmyth.

I agree. As a person with a British accent, I find him really ridiculous. It's as bad as when my English friends try to do American accents.

The accent WAS bad. but - that was just that one episode - now that he has regained his captain position he seems to have lost it.

Yeah he was totally doing it last night, right after Sean got cut adrift, he was doing the Jack Sparrow hands thing and talking stupid.

When Laurel asked him about "sides" and he totally tried to do a 180 degree turn and come up with some BS explanation, it just confirmed my initial opinion of him - the guy is a complete tool.

You're right - that 180 backtrack was WEAK. OMG. Doesn't really show very good leadership to only follow the advise of your cronies - now does it.

Does he even realize how stupid he sounds? Everyone else seems to notice how ridiculous he sounds, yet he appears to be oblivious to it or just doesn't care as to how embarrassing he actually is.

When he backtracked on his reason for putting up Lauren, I think everyone finally realized that the guy is a complete imbecile. It's not like he gave a loose reason or a half-assed response to Lauren's question about "picking sides", it's like he turned into a blithering idiot drifting off into outer space and pulling some bizarre response from his ass that had nothing to do with what she asked him - in fact, I don't think I've ever heard anyone give such an incoherent and nonsensical reply to a simple question.

At least everyone should be able to tell that the guy is a weak and pathetic liar.

How is he still cool when he needs two minions to tell him who to put up? Obviously he doesn't have a mind of his own or any common sense. Yeah, let's take out the weak women who "don't pick sides" and leave all the threatening strong men to compete with! Apparently he still hasn't figured out that this a game and not an open casting call for "The Next Best Thing".

I use to like him, but when he became captain it ended there. He makes himself look so stupid with his accent and how he goes on and on about sharing and trying to make some Utopian society. Hardly how a pirate would act I think. :[

When Louie's team lost the treasure hunt, Azmyth was on the winning team and for some odd reason, they all felt Azmyth did a good job the first time as captain because he gave more money to the crew, so they voted him back in again. And apparently no one (especially the women) smelled anything fishy when he picked TWO men to be his officers.

Which was a huge mistake on their part, because now this absolute tool has been running the show with his two smug minions for the past three weeks and it's getting really lame. He's become a control freak and an egotistical creep, keeping most of the money to himself and his officers.

With not much hope in sight for this alliance to go down, it's no wonder the small amount of viewers that were watching this piece of garbage are bailing ship.
