Worst of 07 and possibly one of the worst of all time. Not worth a look even for irony's sake. With items given ridiculous names, such as "The Chest of Zanzibar," this is a show that embraces it's cliches fully. Featuring a cast of "who cares" the only stand-out is Louie, who in addition to be a Rupert (Survivor) wanna be, is the only person in the cast that you actually care about. Terrible idea and an even worse execution. Hey CBS, this crap won't even cut it for a summer reality show, if you want real ideas call me.

Louie was my fave! But yeah this show had problems, just like almost all reality shows.

Might you be forgetting that there is currently a show on the air that features David Hasselhof? ANY show with the Hoff has got to be in the running for worst show of all time.

If you can get by the pirate campiness and the staged "let's open the chest" the show does have some potential. The challenges are certainly physical and with some contestants winning money, and in some cases winning more than others, sets up some strategic conflict. It certainly could flame out but I can't quite write it off yet.

Sorry dude, even "The Hoff" is better than this train wreck. Think about that a second, a washed up drunken 80s actor with a penchant for floor burgers tops this grotesque pirate farce.

I like Pirate Master so I have one question for you guys. Why don't you like it?
Only things mentioned: ridiculous names, cliches, and a Rupert wannabe. And those were all by the same person so...

And one last thing for this post. It's not like Louie is trying to be Rupert. It's just who he is. Somewhere on T.V. you're going to find people who are alike.

It wasn't the best, but it would have been better than CSI reruns or whatever rerun they replaced it with.
