IMdB's 'weighted' rating is HORSE$HIT

IMDB ratings seem to give a lot of weight to the "Top 1000 Voters" ratings and most of these are from people who've never seen the movie. They flit from one title to another logging in ratings to everything and anything so they can claim a Top Voters title. These people have managed to give a movie that hasn't existed in years (London After Midnight, 1927) a 7 rating. No copy of this film has been known to exist since (I think) the 1950s. If a version of this was discovered there would be major press coverage.
