Scotty Bones - Groovin' Tonight

Does anyone have any information about the disco track played in the scene when Oliver arrives back at the wedding after killing Roberta's father when everybody is dancing? I assume it is the one that is listed in the credits as "Scotty Bones - Groovin' Tonight". I have already googled extensively but nothing of value came out of it.

Who is "Scotty Bones", where can i reach him, has he released anything etc.
