How to Avoid Having to Kick People From Plane due to Their Size

Let the price of a ticket be based on a person's weight. For example, if the charge was 1.00/lb. of body weight, then a 100 pound person would pay 100 dollars and a 300 pound person would pay 300 dollars. The larger person could then use two seats if needed. Weigh-in would come at the ticket counter.

The plane can only lift just so much whether the load is passengers or cargo. It takes the same fuel to lift 10000 pounds of people or 10000 pounds of cargo.

That beats getting seated and then being asked to leave. But then again sometimes when you are asked to leave, your next flight can be free or at greatly reduced fares.

This would cause a huge problem in getting tickets though... you couldn't buy your tickets online or in advance. You would have to buy your tickets the day of your flight at the airport.

Not true. You could buy your ticket and put your weight in. If you put 150lbs, and you get to the airport and you are 250, well then you go to the back of the line and if there is still capacity to fit you, then you pay the difference plus additional fees. People would learn real quick not to LIE, and in the future be truthful just to save the embarrassment .... Now if he put 230 and the scale was 250, then its 20lbs, and I think that should be the MAX you could be over/under, and youd just pay the $20 difference. But someone knows 100lbs is a SIGNIFICANT difference, and either embarrassed or trying to get something for cheaper.

But I doubt airlines would ever put a person through that embarrassment, however, who knows with how this world is functioning these days!? But flying on a plane is a privilege, not a right. Not everyone can fly. There are no fly lists, just like suspension of license.

If I were Sheila I would had told him that him an hoe bag can get a car, and Ill take their seats!!! Make her drive alone, so rude! Or make Trick drive and then she'd have her second seat.
