They go on sale Wednesday for individual ticket purchases. Packages and passes went on sale in July (last date of sale August 23) and those were filled over the weekend.
I bought a package.

I don't know. The people who bought passes and packages are told what they received from the selections they made but there is no way to know what is sold out or not.
Any tickets not selected by passes and package holders will go on sale Wednesday. But they also may set aside a block of tickets for then anyway. I'm not sure how it works (it's a closely guarded secret) but I think that they only allott so many tickets for pass and package holders, then they sell individual tickets starting on Wednesday. Otherwise people would go on Wednesday and there wouldn't be anything left.
That said, I can't guarantee it won't be sold out, of course.

Don't forget that it is almost guaranteed you'll get in if you are among the first in the rush line. And also if you are on line early enough at the main box office to get into the room between 6:55 and 7 AM that morning.
