1. I'd do web therapy with Fiona. I loved Elizabeth (am currently rewatching the series, which is what brought me to the board), but she was a basketcase. Not that Fiona's not, but not nearly as much so.
2. Fiona would win! That "mind trick" move she pulled on her sis (forget her name--played by Julia L.D.) was brilliant. She'd have Elizabeth spinning in circles.
3. It wouldn't work. They'd never be able to quit arguing long enough to do any therapy.
