Runkles Signature hand gesture??

Season 2 episode 2 right after Runkles boss fires h and shows him the videos of Runkle jerkin it at work Runkle does this dance/hand gesture.He waves one hand over his head and pretends to jerk it with the other hand. I seem him do this in other episodes I even think Hank said what they called it. I'm not sure though. Does anyone know what it's called and what episodes do Runkle does his little dance in??
