I know a lot of people hated it but...

It was scenes like that that actually made the movie pretty funny. In the background of most scenes something funny was going on. In the porn theater scene there was a guy in the back row enjoying himself and in another scene you could see a girl fight in the next room and so on.
If the script was as good as the guy staging the scenes, this movie would have been great. Instead, it was just better than average.
