Is this movie any good?

I've heard of this movie before but kind of wrote it off because it's about possessed hair extensions. I mean I've seen evil phones, evil websites, evil cameras, evil shoes and an evil videotape... but hair extensions seem a bit too wild.

But I had no clue this was by Sion Sono! I LOVE Strange Circus and Noriko's Dinner Table, and Suicide Club was pretty good, so I was wondering if this flick was as good as his other stuff. If it is I'll give it a watch. If anyone can pull off ghostly hair extensions it's Sion Sono!

It's both good and bad at the same time, which I think is sort of on purpose. I think that since the whole "hair horror" thing sounds a little cheesy, the director decided to go for sort of a B-movie feel.

I'd give it a watch but I wouldn't go out and buy it. It's pretty much a rental in my opinion.
