List of things that Walt purchased

Considering how much money Walt made, he really didn't spend much of it. Here's a list I compiled of what I remember Walt buying:

1. A new hot-water system

2. More Meth Making chemicals

3. 3 cars

4. A Car-Wash

5. Wheelchair bomb accessories

6. A large Pizza (saved money by ordering it uncut so he could throw on roof)

7. Ricin, or the ingredients to make it

8. Plant: Lily of the Valley

9. A new identity

10. Extra time with his NH supply-guy.

11. Breakfast at Denny's with extra bacon to make "52"

12. 2 Lightpens

13. The gun/robotics that killed him.

Oh and forgot, his most important purchase.... #14: A HAT.

15. (Without Drug Money) Gave Jesse his life-savings of $7000 to buy the RV.
(Jesse spent all but $2000 at the strip club THEN
Jesse gives the $2000 to Combo who says he can get an RV , THEN
Combo steals his Mom's RV and "sells" it to Jesse )

Part of the reason for the short list is that Skyler stole the bag of money early on, though he does quickly gain it back. And then some!

Well, the idea was to leave a shit ton of money to Walt Jr, so that makes sense.

And all the gas money, mortgage, house bills, utilities etc, and car maintenance, including window repair, that Walt pays for throughout the series.

Isn't the premise that he needs money for medical care for his cancer? I imagine that's where a lot of it went.

Also, didn't he also take care of Hank while he was recovering? The cover story was that he won it gambling?

The "new identity" was a BIG expense, though.

I don't think you'd save money by asking the pizza place not to cut your pizza. I doubt the minimum wage grunt working the phones has the power to knock off $1.50 because you "saved them time" by not making them cut it.
