He threw up when he saw a severed head, yet earlier in the show, he ripped a corpse's arms off, and laughed.

Yeah, I hated that whole "Hank is not cut out for real police work" story line. Didn't he also pose for a selfie with the crushed body in the junkyard?

But seeing a head on a turtle through some binoculars is too much? Please.

It was someone he knew. Hank doesn't care about the scumbags.

Tortuga was a scumbag. And Hank only knew him from the brief interaction in the hotel room, where he explicitly expressed his disdain for him.

Seriously, I think the issue was what was behind the severed head and how much danger he and they all were in ... and still today virtually everyone in Mexico.

Taco's guys in the junkyard died from their own stupidity, but Turtle guy was gotten to by murdering terrorists, and then to make it worse it was a bomb.
