I prefer to think of Walt, Hal and Tim Whatley as the same person

It all makes sense, at the conclusion of Seinfeld Tim Whatley, Tom Pepper and Jerry's former girlfriend Amy are infuriated that that Anti-Dentite and menace to society Jerry Seinfeld only got a year in prison so they hired Jack, Todd and the Neo-Nazis to whack Jerry, Elaine, Kramer and George in prison then they got the vacuum guy to give them new identities. Amy assumed a new identity as Skyler Lambert and moved to Albequerque while Tim Whately and Tom Pepper moved to the Tri-County area and Tim's new alias was Hal. However it is revealed that Tim and Amy had an affair earlier. Hal later met up with a former girlfriend of his Lois and it turns out that Tim and Lois had had 4 children together (Franicis, Reese, Malcolm and Dewey). Tom Pepper on the other hand became homeless. As the years went by and after Hal and Lois had another baby Jamie, Hal just couldn't take Lois's yelling, Francis constantly getting into trouble, Reese being a moron, Malcolm being a smartass and Dewey being a self righteous little brat and when he found out that Lois was pregnant again he just couldn't take it so he and Tom Pepper arranged to have all of them killed by the Nazi's. Both Hal and Tom relocated to Albuquerque and once again got the vacuum guy to give them new identities. It is here where Tom started up a junk yard business under the alias Old Joe, and Hal reconnected with Amy (or Skyler), it turns out that he had impregnated her however the child has cerebral palsy. Skyler had named the child Walter and Hal decided to make his new alias Walter White. They then got married and this is where the Breaking Bad storyline begins.
