Who called the Dr to tell them Pinkman was taking an unconscious Gus and Mike to them and how did Pinkman even know where to go. Mike says to Pinkman trust me kid we either all go home or none of us go home Pinkman had no idea what was going on both Mike and Gus were unconscious how would he know where the Dr was
shareThe whole operation was planned. Gus would drink the poison and throw it up as much as he could. Meanwhile Mike would kill all the bad guys who didn't succumb to the poisoned tequila they had unknowingly drunk. Gus would then be taken to the doctor. The doctor knew they would be coming.

shareI don't think both were unconscious. I think Mike was conscious, but wounded. Mike must have been conscious enough to give Jesse the directions to the ER/safehouse in Mexico. They didn't go to Gus's mansion. As a matter of fact, both Gus and Jesse had to walk back to the U.S. from Mexico but Mike was too injured to travel.
If they both were unconscious, then Jesse not being informed of the whole plan would be somewhat of a 'plot hole' done for dramatic effect, but still a plot hole. But I think Mike was alert enough to give Jesse the details of the safehouse/ER.
