Discuss.
shareNeither. Indepedent.
shareDefinitely Republican. Jesse - by S5, Communist. (He is actually posed next to the wall of communism in the museum in S2.)
"There is no future in England's dreaming": The Sex Pistols
When?
Like his transformation from Mr. Chips to Scarface, would suggest he might have done the same politically...transforming from Democrat to Republican.
Closeted Libertarian

Yes. That or enlightened libertarian after being exposed to Gale's political philosophies in the lab. To be accurate, would say he started as a Democrat, but realized that to live his American Dream and up to his potential, he naturally started to become an Independent and eventually a Libertarian. I don't think Walt was into politics most of his life. He was apolitical. He was so into Chemistry and science that he never got into it. Maybe part of him becoming "awake" was also exploring new concepts and subjects he never had, and he began to learn about politics.
shareWalt is too smart to be a retarded leftist.
shareSpeaking of retardation, there's always that one moron who dismisses the whole opposite end of the political spectrum, proving that stupidity is not mutually exclusive to any particular political viewpoint.
"Gentlemen, you can't fight in here, this is the War Room!"
Neither, I think he would definitely be a libertarian
shareRepublican
As a chemist he's a cause and effect sort of guy
Black and white
Not to many grey areas
self reliant (the whole reason he got into the drug trade)
You don't have to stand tall, but you do have to stand up!
Does it really matter? I'd rather not try to bring politics into every show.
