I do not get offended or bothered very easily at all.
However, when Ryan hit Caroline and when she was crying while he forced her into a threesome with him and the other woman I was truly offended. It was disgusting to watch and made me almost sick to my stomach.

and i'm getting a little annoyed by people that get offended easily by things they see in a movie or on tv. none of these things are directed at you or about you, so how can anyone be offended by anything that is a work of fiction? it's insane.
I thought Ryan was a jerk and it is a shame that he did not get what was coming to him.

I felt uncomfortable with that as well. He hit her, shoved her down the stairs, verbally abused her, lied to her, etc. I thought for sure they would have an end credit scene with him getting taken to jail for statutory rape. But nothing. Unfortunately tho, these things happen in life. Everything that was seen in this movie is what actually happens in schools. And unfortunately, women, especially young girls, stay in abusive relationships. Even at the end of the movie she is seen arguing with Michelle and referring to Ryan as her boyfriend WHILE trying to seduce the teacher just to piss off Michelle...and Michelle is actually upset that she was trying to seduce the teacher despite everything that occurred. Just stupid and confused young kids.
