Tekken - the guy in the nappy/black pj's. Big ribbon bit.

Likely all are based on a japanese character or legend. The Earth elemental in particular reminded me of one or two such.

The allusion is to the many Deva King statues found throughout Asia. These statues originate with Buddhism. The particular statue depicted in the film seemed more Japanese than Chinese. Akuma's (Gouki's) Characterization is heavily influenced by the myth surrounding these statues.
