Li Mei At The End. (Spoilers, Obviously.)

OK, this contains Spoilers, so...

At the end, when the Duel with the Mandarin is over, and Li Mei has cast him said into apparent Oblivion, she falls into the mid, conveniently fallign into the mud at an angle so that the parts that stick to her flesh correspond to her Privy members, but thats neither here nor their, as my question concerns her after this.

Tony Stark rushes to her side, and embraces her, they talk briefly about what had tanspired and share a Kiss, then she falls limp.

I presume she died, but this is never explicitly stated and hse may have simply passed out. So, did Li Mei die in this film? Or did she merely pass out due to Exhaustion?

Is there official word on this?
