This film could bring something new as its westerner in Japan is African American for a change. I met only a handful in my time working there and was aware at how exasperated many guys got at locals viewing them all as rappers or the funny black man. Danny Glover gave an interview in a national Japanese paper mid way through shooting and seems to be very excited about this project. Will definitely check it out.
