I wasn't watching very closely, so maybe I missed this.

Charlie apparently recognizes Jacob after the accident. Why isn't she immediately suspicious? What are the odds that this guy she met in the city would happen to be on this isolated, rural road? I imagine this would have been a topic of conversation the first moment the husband leaves them alone, and yet they hardly mention it.

I'm not even sure the husband's plan makes any sense. What was the purpose of hiring Jacob to seduce his wife at all?

Charlie has never met Jacob before, so I'm not sure what you mean. She had never seen him before that day.

Also, Andrew (the husband) mentions a pre-nup when he's talking to Jacob. It's possible that the prenup has him getting nothing if they divorce, unless he can prove Charlie has cheated on him. But I got the impression he wasn't there to seduce her, he was there to kill her.

Actually..Jacob said to her right when they got back to the house that he laughed at Andrew's tease of her seeing a psychic so it wouldn't let on that they knew each other already.

He says, "I just didn't want him to catch onto us, that's all." and she scoffs. I suppose there are different ways to interpret that, but I just assumed he was flirting, saying he didn't want the husband to realize that they like each other.
