Doubt I will get a response to this since no one really comes to the board, but I'm interested in ideas as to how they were set-up (i.e., who left the body parts?) Unless you think it was Ron/Murphy sr. trying to trap the guys and get the story about his son.

shareIt was the doctor, Quint. He repeatedly threatened to turn them over to the police if they didn't provide fresh bodies. The vampire lady didn't kill him. She turned him into a vampire. He had access to multiple body parts due to his profession and/or new status as bloodsucker. He left the trail of body parts leading to both of their doorways. The eldest Murphy (Ron Perlman) didn't set them up, obviously, because he regretted not making it in time to "talk" with Willie Grimes. If he had set them up he would have been able to arrive in time.
