Peterson was wearing shorts, NOT pants

The part that really bothered me about this film: when Kathleen fell down the stairs, Peterson was in SHORTS, not pants. This is quite significant as the main evidence the prosecution had was blood spatter INSIDE of Peterson's shorts, indicating he was standing over the body when blood spattered up - inside his shorts - which the prosecution said proved he was standing over her beating her when she died. WHY would this movie omit this? It seems they were trying to be quite accurate otherwise. I don't understand how or why they missed this significant point of evidence.

The documentary blew a lot of other things too. I haven't seen it for so long that I can't recall exactly what (sorry). But that was not the only flaw in this filming.

The documentary filmmakers, as I recall, only had access to the defense team. The prosecution decided not to participate. That is probably why it ended up so biased, which is actually too bad -- the whole story on both sides is just as, if not more, intriguing.
