So... Psych 9 was actually ... in actual terms - the roof?
Earlier in the movie, we see signs pointing to the different wards, but they don't go any higher than Psych Ward 8. You'll notice there is no Ward 9 from the signs.
So by the end of the movie we see Roslyn on the roof, meaning this is Psych 9 where she finally deals with all her issues (drawing a comparison here also with Session 9 a pivotal point for that movie although it comes much earlier)?

The treatment room with the bathtubs and the restraint chair was PSYCH 9, the one she went into when she first went to the 5th floor. It's about 20 minutes into the movie. They are playing it on demand this month thru my cable company on "TMC" and I'm watching it at this moment. I went and checked.
