In any career, especially contract type work (you have to look at it as a job), people sometimes have to take what's available even if it's not the most glamorous project. Many actors know they have to keep their name out there any way they can and not just rest on one successful role. You're only as good as your last gig. So many people who think they're so great that they can only wait on the best projects are fooling themselves. I have more admiration for actors who actually like to work rather than those who get caught up in being a celebrity. There is a huge difference between being an actor and being a celebrity and the same goes for other areas of entertainment.
