cape fear on both lists?

on the 100 list, cape fear made #36, and then on the 30 list it made #28. it's been a long time since ive seen the 100 list and i cant remember if these were the same movie. if it is, these people are just stupid.

if not, then what are the differences between these two versions?

One I think was about Cady be crazy throughout the film the other him beating the woman sceen.I think.

one was the original and the other remake.
