Confusing Gross With Scary

The leg shaving scene from Cabin Fever? I loved the movie but seriously? Or the exploding body/worm scene in Slither? I'm sorry but no way. There is a difference between being grossed out and be terrified. There's screaming and there's cringing. The moment Saw got on this list all the credibility was thrown out the window.

God: Yes, I saw. You were doing well until everyone died

They confuse sick and disgusting with terrifying. The asian horror movies arnt the scariest videos ever, but they have the most disterbing scenes ever.Nothing was really scary, except the Exorist. That was scary.

I thought the same thing!
They should make a miniseries called, "Most Gorriest Movie Moments" so all the good classics won't be left off the list...

Confusing gross with scary is correct...Evil Dead? I don't find that woman with exploding boils to be scary, nor do I with any of the scenes from Old Boy, or Hostile, or American Psycho, or Cabin Fever, or Slither. Disturbing yes, but scary, no.

american psycho wasn't just gross out though. you were supposed to be scared s***less of christian bale and his cold killer attitude. or at least freaked out. and i concede evil dead even though its one of my favorite movie of all time.

Some scenes, that could have made the list,I felt could have been Sam's death scene in Ginger Snaps. But Hostel making #1,kind of pissed me off.Sleepaway Camp was scarier.Eh,I got why Saw made this list though. But Saw going onward and Hostel is nothing but torture. And torture scenes aren't exactly scary to me anymore.

They need to stop confusing scary with being gory and gross.Thats lik saying The Worm Eaters is more terrifying than something like The Exorist or something.

Out by sixteen or dead on the scene, but together forever

The problem with this show is definetly the title. "30 Even scarier movie moments" makes it sound like they would be scarier than the ones on the original list, when in fact these are probably just the leftovers. They should have just called it "30 more scary movie moments", which is not right either, since none of these movies are actually scary but at least you don't go in with high hopes.

By the way who's that girl being interviewed who said she screamed out in the theater when she saw the shaving scene in Cabin Fever? She's a freaking moron, if she's scare of that she must still sleep with a night light.

I'm more scared of a helpless girl being posessed by Satan or a psychological movie like The Tenant than a bunch of people being chained to the floor and talk for 90 minutes and robots.
