Question about V.O. ( Version Originale) shown in France?

Is this entire film in English? Or is there German spoken and thus those portions will have French subtitles in the V.O. versions shown in Paris theaters?

the entire movie is in english but there are very few lines in german.

i went to see INCEPTION 5 times... !!!
