What's wrong with Frech certification?

So the French think that this Über Splatter movie is suitable for all with warning? Is that what "U(with warning)" means? Seriously, this is ridiculous. But in many cases their age certifications are a joke. Why don't they just stop pretending to be having a certification system?

Because people above 12 can watch a movie like that. I think the one having a problem with certification is the usa (no offense), R for that?? It's gory yes, but let's not push it.

Don't get me started on all the movies getting an R rating because of 2 pair of boobs flashing for 3 seconds during a movie. Talk about uptight.
